“Exceptional service! Had issues with door mechanism not locking . Contacted Acme Lock & Door and received exceptional customer service. They arrived at my home the day I called, and were there within two hours. The technician Dan was very polite and knowledgeable of what issues were wrong with the locking mechanism . He also contacted the owner of the company we purchased the door from to explain what the issue was so our warranty would be covered and the that the locking mechanism needed to be replaced. Dan made our door useable until replacement part was sent. Highly recommend this company!”
