Had a communication issue with there 2 locations...I left a review of my experience and was contacted by a gentleman named Mike who made everything right immediately. Daryl the locksmith technician who came to my house had my key done within 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional. Thank you Acme for making things right and the great customer service! Exceptional service! Had issues with door mechanism not locking . Contacted Acme Lock & Door and received exceptional customer service. They arrived at my home the day I called, and were there within two hours. The technician Dan was very polite and knowledgeable of what issues were wrong with the locking mechanism . He also contacted the owner of the company we purchased the door from to explain what the issue was so our warranty would be covered and the that the locking mechanism needed to be replaced. Dan made our door useable until replacement part was sent. Highly recommend this company!

I own a company and I needed two doors with conversion kits, one was a barn 100 year old door and the other one was a thick round door, I talked to Wayne about it, super friendly guy, took him my door and was done in about 4 hours. I’m glad that I went to Acme for a friendly experience!
